Are you interested in being a part of the world's largest and most active service club organisation and enjoy fellowship, meeting people, creating lasting friendships, giving service to the community, developing leadership and personal skills?      Become a Lion!

Membership of the Townsville Cleveland Bay Lions Club is by invitation, but applications are encouraged from all service minded men and women over the age of 18 years and of good moral character and reputation.

What will it cost me to be a Lion?

As a Townsville Cleveland Bay Lions Club Member you will be asked to pay an annual membership fee to defray the cost of the club administration and Lions Organisation National and International Association costs.  Fees are set by the Board and may vary from year to year.  Currently the membership fee is $90.00 per year - payable in 2 half yearly payments of $45.00 due on the First of January and July.

You are also responsible for the cost of your meals at Dinner Meetings.  A charge of $15.00 with a selection from the Tavern Menu provided at our Meetings.  You may opt to not eat at Dinner Meetings if you so wish.  A small raffle and fun "Tail Twisting" session is conducted towards the conclusion of each meeting.  Proceeds from these go towards our administration and equipment costs.
